By far my favorite coconut sugar, best taste. Great quality, smooth fine texture that dissolves when effectively. Same portion as sugar. I use for cooking, baking, on top of yogurt, or in drinks. This is a perfect travel size bag.

This was the best coconut sugar we ever had we used this for the longest time and the taste was okay not too sweet and the quality of the ingredients is organic. We used this for cooking and if your having diet a little amount will do. The size was okay, the package was good. The serving was depends on you but this total pack will be used longer.

taste nice
first time to try coconut sugar. it is finely granulated. i feel the taste is very 'pure' and smooth to the throat when compared to cane sugar. before using it i am a bit afraid of as strong aroma as coconut oil (which will over-cover all other flavors). it is good to find out it is not the way as coconut oil behaves. Generally i love this product and its quality.

I'm getting away from white sugar
I was shocked when someone told me that white sugar contained animal bones! As a vegan I avoid all animal products. I bought this and will cook. with it from now on. I love coconut and drink coconut milk. We really must dig to get information. I believe it should have been put on the white sugar bags that it contained animal bones.
