I will either take the directed amount which is a tiny scoop or a little less and Boy does it wake me up -better than coffee! The taste is slightly bitter, but with enough water or a couple of drops of Stevia or some blueberries, It will be undetectable. The bitterness is very similar to that of green tea, so it is not overpowering. I would caution to not take more than directed. At least not at one time. As an energy booster, it is super powerful. Finally, unlike coffee for me- No jitteriness

According to the Primaforce website, it is related to the nutricost brand (different marketing group?) That said, having tried the nutricost brand and the Primaforce brand the results are the same. You just seem to get more for your money with Primaforce. Quality is good. Packaging comes with a dosage scoop. If you have not tried guarana before it is probably best to use a partial scoop and/or spread out dosage consumption over several hours. It dissolves fairly quickly but seems best to let it stand for a few minutes for the guarana to "steep" in water.

Clean great strong product with energy push properties. But be aware that u need just 1 gr of this per take - its more then enough, otherwise it will be to strong.

compact in size and Dosage is not huge. Benefit in better energy and taste ok.

Bought this because it's an ingredient often used in energy drinks and was hoping to give a boost like Celsius but it taste super super bitter and energy drinks often use other derived caffeine sources. I didn't feel or get any benefits from the supposed steady stream of energy from this slower metabolized caffeine. I rather stick to coffee that's free at work. I still have 2 full tubs of this
