Well I’m not a candy person but these felt like I was having a green treat. The flavor is really nice and it was very easy to add into my daily routine. I would be ok with them not having any sugar whatsoever though. Then it would really feel healthy.

Love the sweet taste and as a fiber suppliment it actually works keeping me regular. I use 3 once a day.

I wasn't prepared for the taste because I didn't read the label properly but it was surprisingly okay. The gummies are a good source of fiber and I think it does benefit your gut and help to relieve symptoms of constipation. I'm happy that I added it to my diet because it has improved my gut health.
