I've been taking two tablets a day for a month and a half now. The results were visible almost immediately, within the first week. The process itself is easier, and the problems have decreased by about 80-90%. If I have trouble going to the toilet again, I increase the number of tablets. I haven't noticed any side effects. This is a well-known supplement for hemorrhoids, sold in Chinese supermarkets and other stores. Previously, when my hemorrhoids worsened, I bought a 30-tablet pack from iHerb, but it seems they no longer carry it. This 120-tablet pack is still available, so I'm relieved that I can buy it again if my hemorrhoids flare up. I took the 30-tablet pack for several months, and my hemorrhoid symptoms subsided within a few weeks. If they flare up again, I think this pack would be fine. (The 30-tablet pack had a stronger herbal scent and was brown in color. Since this is a larger pack, I wonder if the ingredients are slightly different? Perhaps it's milder? Since the 30-tablet pack is no longer available, I don't know the details.)
