This is my second time purchasing this herbal supplement. However, after showing it to my Chinese doctor to check whether it suited my health condition, she pointed out that it was missing a key ingredient-Fuzi- which is essential for this formula. She also noted that one of the added ingredients isn't suitable for my condition. Because of that, I had to return it. It may work well for others, but it's best to consult your Chinese doctor before buying.
