It's hard to find a product that is pure Melatonin with a 10mg dosage at with an amazing ingredient quality for the price. It has benefited my Neurodivergent husband in getting to sleep earlier, he just needs to remember to take it at an appropriate time! We definitely recommend this product!

I used to bought Melatonin supplement from local drug store, costs around 30 USD per 30 pills. The price is just outrageous. I looked up for alternatives online and found this one. I struggle with insomia and I want to increase my melatonin dosage from 3 mg to 10 mg. I'm gonna combine this with Megnesium Glycinate for my sleep aid. The product is high quality, and the capsules are easy to take, but I found that 10 mg is too much for my body. Surprisingly, I get better results with just 1 mg, as the higher dose made me feel stressed and disrupted my sleep instead of improving it. For those who need a stronger dose, this might be perfect, but if you're sensitive to melatonin like me, you might want to start with a lower dose. I appreciate the value and quantity in the bottle, as it lasts a long time. Overall, great product, but not the right dosage for everyone.
Love these capsules. I take 2 usually 1-2 hours before bed time and i sleep like a baby. Deep relaxing sleep. I wake up the next day feeling relaxed and not tired. Dont have any weird taste.
