I didn't think these would be as good as the RAW garden of life probiotics but they are really good. I usually buy the RAW women's probiotic but they are really pricey. These have a good price and the benefits work just as well. They help with digestion and microbiome. They also help with immune system support. Very good quality. The ingredients are great! And the quantity is better for the price. I will buy again.

the quality of this women's probiots is superb. the combination of ingredient is excellent for my gut microbiome - part of the benefit i have seen is a reduction in constipation. Good blend. I have stomach issues and for sure adding it to my regime lessens the issues to a point where I am afraid to stop it. So ill stock up, thats for sure!
