Very complete non stim formula, if you want pump, this is it. I would have liked 6g of citrulline over 5g, so i just add some bulk powder.

Well I don’t feel the pump like a caffeine pre workout but it’s tasty and does the job if you workout late.

I wanted to add a non-caffeinated pre-workout to my routine. I did not notice any effects from using this product. I used 1 scoop at first, and then tried 2 scoops - and still did not notice any positive effects on my workouts. I did think the taste was ok and it mixed fine and was not clumpy.

Raw hands down has the best quality supps. Unfortunately can’t really get them in Canada unless though iherb so I’m happy they supply raw products. Taste, effective high quality ingredients, and proper dosing is always expected from raw. When working out at night I use pump to avoid being wired when it comes to bed time. Every workout has been better since using this product at night and even during the day I’ll mix it with another pre with caffeine for an extra pump

works good but not nearly as strong as stim pre-workout. it has only a slight tingly sensation. flavor is good and not overwhelming. great for evening workouts.
