After reading the ingredients i was a little dissappointed about the amount of sugar, but since ive been using this product for a few weeks, my memory and brain fog are starting to get better.

Only downfall is these just aren’t strong enough, they are a good product, on the right track for sure, but I have to take double for any benefit. They give me some clarity while not killing my energy. They taste great considering the combination of mushrooms.
