I have been faithfully using this produce for years and love it.

I'll be honest: I don't really need pre-workouts since I'm basically immune to things like caffeine or taurine, so I can't really say whether this worked for me or not. The main reason I bought it was the discount (and my preference for this brand). That said, just looking at the supplement facts, it should work for most people: vitamins, minerals, aminos, electrolytes, plus the usual stimulants. It's all there. Also, I got the Peach Mango because it was the one on sale. I probably would've gone with Fruit Punch if I had the choice.

It’s suitable for light to moderate workouts, but if you’re looking for something to really power you through intense sessions, this may not be the most effective choice. Quality is ok. Overall, it’s a passable product, but there are stronger alternatives available.

This 2.0 taste is way better than the old one. for me it works best for stamina and if you wanna add the benefit for weight loss, if you like that tingly sensation, then this is for you. Just watch your caffeine intake in you add more than one scoop.
