I'm a avid powerlifter and after six weeks on it, I've gained absolutely nil, NA, nada. bleh. it did look decent on ONE paper but... not recommended. not cheap also. many better stuff on iHerb.
There is some science behind the ingredients, but do not expect out of this world results. It will help you lift a bit more, but be reasonnable with your expectations. Not worth at full price, I bought this at clearance price 60% off at iherb.
no… not effective at all. they said a change in two weeks… no. - I hit the gym and workout 2 hrs almost everyday. This ons is also just a waste of money.

if you are a regular gym person, this will help you build more muscle. it takes about 14 days to feel the change, I used this mainly in my bulking phase and found my muscle mass going up a little bit faster and ny energy increasing as well. it works well if you take it everyday and not skip it. superior quality product and I would definitely recommend. I had 2 pills everyday as per the instructions.

Easy size to consume and digest, dearly have a taste to it and the components are fair enough in comparison to esteroides. Not much of a benefit in the long run but definitely adds something to your fitness life and workouts. Keeping a healthy diet helps a lot with this supplement.
