I've been using these calcium supplements for a few months now and I'm very happy. The tablets are a good size and easy to swallow. Most importantly, I feel they are working. My recent bone density scan showed improvement, and I no longer get those annoying night leg cramps. Will definitely repurchase!

I am fond of California Gold products and use several of them; however, although these tablets are not large, they lack a coating and stick to the tongue, making them difficult to swallow.
