I have high hopes for this supplement complex. I’ve been suffering from sinus issues from seasonal allergies. I’ve only started taking these and haven’t found relief yet. It’s a rather large pill, but I don’t find it difficult to swallow. I choose this formula for the combination of ingredients, especially the bromelain and stringing nettle. Fingers crossed it helps my sinuses clear.
A good product for improving allergy problems; in just a few days I found a significant improvement, with less mucus, itchy eyes, and throat discomfort.

Dr recommended I take this supplement for my mcas. They are bigger in size so might be hard for some to take. Doesn’t bother me
