Monkfruit Sweetener with Allulose, Classic, 16 oz (454 g)

After using this sweetener it made me wonder why sugar even exists when there is such an amazing zero calorie alternative that doesn’t raise your insulin or do damage to your body. This is the leading brand for monkfruit and I definitely recommend getting the allulose version over the erythritol version. I wish this stuff was cheaper because it’s so delicious to use in everything that needs sweetening.

I was buying straight allulose, but allulose is just not sweet enough. Plus, if I try to make a syrup, it tastes a bit sour. This version with monkfruit is granular and didn’t have any clumps. It tastes sweeter, and doesn’t have that stevia taste. I will buy it again.

I use it for my ice cream recipes in the ninja creami and it tastes amazing. I think the monk fruit with allulose tastes the best. The consistency is good. The size of the package is fine but I usually purchase two at a time. I would highly recommend this product over traditional sugar.
