These high-quality calcium supplements are great because they are super easy to take as capsules. I had some calcium chews but couldn't get past the chalky taste and texture, and so I appreciate how easy is it to take these to make sure I'm getting enough calcium. I definitely want to take calcium for bone health as I age, and these are an improvement to many other kinds of calcium supplements that I've tried.
