This supplement seemed beneficial to me with boosting my immunity but the tastes/flavor was sickeningly too sweet for me. I was struggling to get through the entire bottle. I won’t purchase again because of this. Otherwise, the vitamins themselves seemed to be helpful, I just struggled with the taste.

this is potent vitamin c product. Vitamin C is great antioxidant and improves mood and immune function. we love to just take it by the spoonful. i recommend this

You need to squeeze the bottle to get the liquid out. And I feel the bottle is too hard sometimes as you need to keep it in the fridge after opening it. It makes the bottle a bit harder. If you have arthritis on your hands and fingers, it might give you some challenge to squeeze it. I love the taste of it (no synthetic flavour) and love the quality ingredients. I take this for my immune system and as antioxidants effect.

Overall, I’m happy with it and would definitely consider repurchasing again.

Overall, I just love Mary Ruth’s products!! This vitamin C along with Flora’s Acerola are my go to for potency and are gentle on my stomach (non acidic and causing discomfort). Quality product providing great immunity. I even love the taste, making it easy to consume. Made with great ingredients, I will continue to use this product.

I’ve been using MaryRuth’s Liposomal Vitamin C for a few weeks and I’m impressed by a lot of what it delivers. From an ingredient perspective, the formula is very thoughtfully made. The Vitamin C is delivered as ascorbic acid within a liposomal proprietary blend (sunflower oil, phosphatidylcholine) which helps with absorption. It also includes Vitamin E, natural flavors (citrus & vanilla), purified water, glycerin, and other stabilizers like citric acid, oleic acid, etc.  The dosage is quite reasonable. The suggested use is 7.5 mL (½ tablespoon) daily, which gives 500 mg Vitamin C per serving, plus a small amount of Vitamin E.  That dose is well above many standard daily vitamin C requirements, so it can serve as a “megadose” supplement.  In terms of taste, it’s quite pleasant. The citrus-vanilla flavor is mild and sweet but not overly so; it doesn’t leave a harsh aftertaste, which is nice for a high-dose liquid vitamin. Some people might detect a mild oiliness or natural tang (from the vitamin C / citrus), but nothing off-putting. Based on feedback, many users say it’s easy to take.
