i don't usually post reviews, but this time i had to. i was looking for something that could help with my anxiety and depression, after reading some research that it can help. after taking it for 3 weeks already, i feel much better with my anxiety and depression!, much more relaxed and calm. i highly recommend it if you have any anxiety or depression.
There was a brand of omega with high EPA content on iHerb that I and my family really enjoyed, but it stopped being produced and I had to find an alternative. I found this brand, which seems to have a good reputation for high quality. I have been using this one since my last one disappeared. This one has the high EPA content that I was looking for. The price per capsule is better with this brand than my previous brand and I like that I can order a large bottle that will last me for some time. No issues with smells or funky tastes, which I am sensitive to. It can be hard to find high EPA content omega, so I am glad this one is available on iHerb. (Even though, I am secretly hoping that one day my previous one will make a return.) If you are looking for a high EPA omega supplement, give this one a try.
most of the omega out have not enough dosage or EPA. This one is the advised dose (see Huberman research) and has great benefit. It is helping me with my skin, MGD (meibomian gland dysfunction occurs when the glands don’t produce enough oil to stop the watery layer of the tears from drying out), and ROSACEA

I read somewhere that Omega EPA (with a lower DHA content) would help with cholesterol. I wonder how they formulate the lower DHA content. Well, along with diet changes and other supplements, my cholesterol did come into range, basically for the first time I can remember, not immediately, over time.
The outside of the capsules aren't flavored, but they are surprisingly palatable. I've had maybe 2 mildly fishy burps in almost 3 months of taking these. No complaints or side effects. In my case, I'm not expecting to see measurable improvements from this supplement, so I can't comment on follow-up lab testing or anything like that.
