The additional vitamins to boost the enzymes' potential are also present. Very healthy for your gut. Especially if you are a person like me who likes to occasionally pig out.

I really wanted to love this product because of the clean ingredients and positive reviews. However, after taking it as directed, I experienced intense stomach cramps that I couldn’t ignore. I tried reducing the dose, taking it with meals, and drinking lots of water, but the discomfort continued. Unfortunately, my body didn’t react well to this formula, so I won’t be ordering it again. It might work for others, but it just wasn’t a good fit for me.
The pills are a perfect size, easy to swallow and there is no after taste. I used 2-3 pills daily depending on what kind of meal i ate and i believe that it did help my digestion slightly, however i believe that it does not provide enough benefits for my stomach and gut health] for the price.
This is the first time I bought this brand of enzyme. After taking it for a couple of weeks after meal I feel good about it.
