I liked this. I don't know if there is a placebo or real effect but I felt it was helpful with managing my hunger and blood sugar levels. Just be warned that there are only 56 soft gels and you are supposed to take multiple a day so the bottle runs out fast.

I work nights shift sometimes and those pills give me more energy, which is very important for me during those shifts. I am not sure about weight management, but I hope that they help with it as well I take them right before my meals 1-2 times a day
I ordered it for my husband. The advantages include a convenient capsule size and natural ingredients. Husband consumes minimal amounts of sugar and gluten anyway, but at 175 cm tall he weighs 95 kg. After using this supplement for a week, he noticed that he wanted to eat more often, that is, after breakfast he felt hungry 2 hours later. Perhaps this supplement helps digest food faster.
