wasn't sure if this or minimulus was for me. aspen is for anxiety about unknown things. minimulus is for anxiety about specific things. really i have both types of anxiety! i haven't been taking this everyday, just at the moments when i feel on edge and don't know exactly why. it is subtle but it removes this feeling , it's like i kind of just forget about that feeling.
Aspen is traditionally used for unexplainable anxieties or a general sense of unease. After a few days, I felt more emotionally grounded and less prone to vague fear or nighttime restlessness. Subtle yet effective.

Used for my fearful dog (combination of Aspen, Mimulus, Rock Rose), heavily diluted in his water, food, and rubbed on his skin. The combination brought his fears down just a bit - enough for me to have more success training him to cope. Still working hard with him and will order again when our bottles dry up.
Bought for my horse. Im interested to see as with myself Im never sure if it’s placebo but will get honest results from my horse. I’ll leave updated review and buy if it helps
