I bought all three remedies (sweet chestnut, Gorse, and Star of bethlehem) initially in a small box set. I feel they do make subtle difference, but i would prefer natural options over prescription medication.
Definitely prefer them distilled with alcohol as I believe they’re more effective and don’t like the sweet glycerine taste of non-alcohol tinctures. These have varying effects and too early to tell with this one yet
Never leave home without your Rescue Remedy. A few drops in your water or directly in your mouth to help with those moments that overwhelm. The only brand I would buy for a flower essence. In stressful moments I always feel better after taking some rescue rememdy. In a base of alcohol so can have a sharp taste

This is a great option if you want an alcohol free flower essence. I put two drops in my water bottle at the start of my day and sip throughout the day. It’s working on the subtle emotional body to help with processing so it’s something you notice over time. This helped with feelings of hopelessness. The quality is great and children and animals can use it as it is very gentle. There are no contraindications with other supplements or medications. It has a subtle sweet flavour which is quite pleasant. I found one bottle shifted my emotions but you could do two in a row if needed. It provided relief after a stressful year emotionally.
