Magnesium Oxide, 420 mg, 90 Softgels

My main reason of consuming this magnesium oxide is for bowel regularity. Magnesium is a great mineral that is important for the muscles and nerves and provides osmotic laxative, it relaxes bowels and pulls water into intestines. The water helps soften and bulk up your stool and makes it easier to pass. I took 1 pill with my heaviest meal. Within 1-2 hours, I will feel a gentle urge of bowel movement (gastrocolic reflex), with no cramps, no diarrhea whatsoever. I notice taking it with a big meal helps to stimulate the bowel activity. Without the companion of heavy meal, I don't quite feel the urge to clear the bowel. Emptying bowels easily is an important part of good bowel health which is also important for people of all ages.

So far, I like this magnesium supplement. It did not give me any stomach issues. The quality is great I enjoy that it is a soft gel capsule.

The package is very nice and looks classy - nice black container. Magnesium is good for muscle relaxation and hormonal health, but this type of magnesium I purchased mainly for my constipation

Burst magnesium I have tried! I’ve tried several brands of magnesium to help me relax and balance my gut health but this is the best I have found so far and will be buying again. It’s great value and has a high concentration of magnesium per pill. If you want a lower dose of magnesium it may not be for you but if you’re like me, you’ll love it!

I think that the brand is good. I use it on and off, as this will form of magnesium does not absorb as well and will send you to the bathroom more than you want. Mag Oxide does help some people with sleep and migrane issues. I prefer other forms to help with sleep without the side-effects.

taking this to help soften stool works really well to soften stool but I end up having too much water during bowel movement as well. looks like the ingredient works really well. I will only take this if i notice hard stool cap size is really big in a big package bottle
