I think these helped a little bit. My husband has asthma so I wanted to try something that might help with that. He didn't notice a drastic difference but I'll put it in his med box for him to take every once in a while for his health. it doesn't hurt, I probably wouldn't get it again though because I didn't notice a drastic change. still a good quality product.
