Great fiber supplement
These are a convenient way to get in a little extra fiber. Make sure to slowly build up your dosage, or you may find yourself quite gassy with larger doses to start, unless you are already getting a good amount of fiber daily. Quality is great. I first bought these from somewhere else, and they were hard and seemed like they were sitting around while. Now I do drive and get them from iherb.
