I had read about this product online and wanted to try it. And iHerb had the best price. Bob's Red Mill products have excellent quality, and their Fudgy Brownie Mix is on exception. It is quick and easy to make and tastes like homemade. We used butter instead of oil and it was delicious!
Instead of the water ingredient add coffee instead it brings out the chocolate so much better than just simple water. The product itself is excellent I usually go with this type of brand anyway there’s no engineering ingredients lab created products in it so I’m good

I tried these and OMG, my partner and I ate the whole batch in one night. Since then, I stock up and currently have 3 packets in my pantry. They are super chewy (I used half butter, half avocado oil for the mixture) as AI suggest using half butter/half oil, will give a chewy dense texture.
