I take this for gut / digestion improvements and for quick recovery after training. This product has become a regular part of my routine because it simply works. The quality is always consistent, and I love that it uses clean, natural ingredients. I highly recommend it.

The product itself is exactly what you want in a good quality source of L-Glutamine + L-Leucine. The only downside is the taste is very harsh and outright disgusting. It tastes like nothing I can explain. I have to hold my breath to take it down in any form of liquid and doesn't mix well at all. I usually toss it in mt protein shake to mask the taste and that works. Not sure I will buy this again, unless they do something about the taste issue. Again the product gives results you feel the difference, its too bad the taste makes it hard to like.

I am happy to have found a mix of l glutamine and l leucine in unflavored powder form. Easy to incorporate. Helps support gut health and overall recovery after hard workouts. Great price for the quality and quantity. I generally like this brand and iHerb has great specials.

I was originally going to get glutamine and leucine separately, but came across this combo stack. a lot easier since I was planning to take both at the same time after workouts/training days anyways. the benefits are glutamine for gut health and recovery, leucine is for building and maintaining muscle mass. so this is a powerhouse for a post workout stack.

Dont feel a bit difference, the leucine taste really bad, be warned ! Rather get glutamine on it’s own, dont feel the biggest of difference, cannot take a full serving otherwise my body ouder is terrible.

I was looking for l-lysine + l-arginine + l-ornithine + l-glutamine Complex, but didn't find anything. Very happy with the benefits of deciding to buy every ingredient separately. This one is the best cos it contains two essential ingredients combined in powder form! Great control over dosage than you will ever find in a complex or protein containing diet!
