I notice a good change when taking it, the skin is glowing, the nails are growing, the hair looks great! For me, that works! The ingredients are high quality!

The first sip was definitely stronger than what I was used to, but I’ve genuinely grown to like it. After a few uses, the flavour became much more enjoyable, and now I actually look forward to it. What really won me over was the overall quality of the ingredients and formulation—it feels like a premium product compared with many other hydration mixes. It mixes well, feels clean, and has become a great replacement for our usual hydrator now that we’ve tried it. My and my wife are in our 30s so this helps get the collagen and protein we need while also looking for an electrolyte and hydrator.

I started taking this collagen for gut repair and health, about 1 1/2 months ago. I have noticed major improvements in my skin and nail health, as well. I love taking it after doing Pilates for a lil protein boost, too! Love.
