Im repurchasing this for the 3rd time now, so its been about 4 months of using this. Note *I have adapted my diet and exercise routine , however, i feel this has definitely contributed to my weight-loss. The taste is not great, it doesn't really mix well into coffee or smoothies to be honest , its best to just put in water and down it quickly😆 i have also noticed improvement in my digestion as i struggle with constipation. I have also seen an improvement in my hair, skin and nails. Its a great product

I love all the products from the multi collagen advanced range, they all provide quality ingredients, the powder is easy to use. It definitely helps with hair growth and counteracts knee pain, but to me the taste of this one is not pleasant at all. I consume cinnamon and love it, but here it is too much!
