These work great. I had some very achy joints all over my body. I first tried the powder, but just couldn’t deal with the fishy pond water smell. So I switched to the capsules and there’s no fishy pond water smell. The capsules are a bit larger size, I just drink more water to get them down. NO ACHY JOINTS!!
