I started using these gummies around 2 weeks ago.. the taste is amazing.. but if you have serious iron deficiency it is good to go for pills or higher dosage.
These vitamins appear to be good quality and work as described. My blood was recently tested and it came back well within the normal range showing no anemia. They taste fine to me and are much easier to take than giant iron pills. I do not experience any adverse side effects that iron can sometimes cause. I like that they are 3rd party tested and even though there are gummies don't contain dyes or artifical flavors.
Tastes good and it’s beneficial but do not take it everyday because of constipation..
These are very tasty grape gummies that help me supplement when I need iron. They are not really high in iron so I don't feel I over do it when I take them as needed. They seem to be of good quality.
