The product Sport Floridex Iron jump starts my day after a warm glass of lemon water. It's complimented by the citrus.
I am trying this to help raise my hemoglobin levels. This is a really natural product. Taste isn’t the greatest but tolerable. Slightly earthy with a metal sweet taste. I like that it comes with various cofactors for iron deficiency. Hoping it helps!
My iron is usually low. I will admit, this product build my blood back up. No constipation like the prescription I use to get.
Whenever possible, I like to use liquid supplements. Iron doesn't usually have a nice taste to it, so I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I liked this particular one from Floradix because it contains B12 in the form of methylcobalamin whereas the other ones have cyanocobalamin. I started taking this as a vegetarian and for some leg twitching I was having at night. Happy to say its helped
This is iron plus a few extra things to help if you are an athlete or do a lot of exercise. I really like this brand and use their regular iron as well.

I do take floradix iron and herb, but this sports version is on another level . The ingredients are good and work wonders. I use this with my little one, and it's up her energy level.
