I think it works for intermediate pain in the last days of the period, but stronger pain needs stronger formula. I take it in the last days and seems effective, but not really effective in the first day. I recommend that you try it.

I tried a sample packet of these and was SHOCKED to find that it actually worked. Thought it might be a fluke so I tried it again. It worked again. Immediately ordered a full bottle! I will say on my worst days when I have very intense cramps I still take Advil to knock them out, but on lighter cramping days this truly works like a charm. Any time I can avoid taking Advil I’m happy! So thankful for this product! Smells lovely too, like licorice. UPDATE: I’ve reordered another bottle, still love it. I only take Advil once my whole cycle. Otherwise I’m using this and feel great. Try it! :)

these pills help sometimes depending on how severe the cramps are, but one thing they make me have is diarrhea. Soon as I pop the pills I run right to the bathroom. Im not sure what herb thats inside of it does that to my body but its def annoying especially when you are at work.
