I usually don’t write reviews but this Magneisum deserves. I have been battling constipation since I got covid 2 years ago. After many doctors, exams , natural antibiotics and supplements ( including other forms of magnesium) this was the only thing that made me regular again. I take magnesium oxide to help with digestion. Most people take it for sleep, muscle, or joint issues. But is has worked very well in keeping me regular. The size of the pills are slightly large but not a problem for me. There's no aftertaste. The package is easy to open.
