Usually, the bottle's HUGE and there's only a tiny amount of supplements inside (what a waste of plastic!!) But this bottle is tiny and it's filled to the top, so it's much better for the environment.

Instead of helping with sleep, it had the opposite effect for me. It caused very dry mouth and made it harder to fall asleep, not easier. High doses of melatonin can backfire, and this product did exactly that for me. Would not repurchase.
I uploaded a review for what I thought was a different product and it got linked to these melatonin tablets. Small, easy to swallow, works well even after a busy evening working on my laptop these put me into a deep sleep without to much grogginess in the morning

I found this product very effective in helping me to fall asleep. I did notice some reduction in stress, which contributes to a better sleep. I did find that I sleep longer and quieter. I would not use 10 mg Melatonin before finding if 3 mg or 5 mg will do the trick for you.
