These actually taste good. The equivalent of two gummies is Om's mushroom powder, but you need a teaspoon, and it is hard to dissolve. These gummies have zero mushroom flavor. These gummies have reishi and lion's mane. I've had good luck in the past with lion's mane as a nerve tonic, so this is a great way to get it sans bad flavor. Made in the USA.

The product had a great taste, I bought it for my 11 year old son who struggles with focus. I have been advised by his Dr to stop taking as there is a chance that his recent chest pains, sharp stomach pains, intermittent heart arrhythmia and dizziness may be as a result of an allergic reaction to this product. It may be something else though, but I'm putting it on here in case anyone else develops an allergic reaction and doesn't realise the link
