I've tried all forms of folate (Folic Acid, Calcium Folinate, Quatrefolic, Extrafolate-S and Magnafolate) and this is the best. It's very potent, I only take 0.5 ml, and it's absorbed very quickly, within 20 to 30 minutes, I'm full of energy. The liquid form is convenient because I can easily adjust the dose.

I take all the b vitamins and this folate, b12 and b1 are my go to. Because of my gut it’s harder for my body to absorb pills and this is perfect as it’s liquid so it gets absorbed straight away. I try to get as many supplements in liquid form for better absorption

I don’t really know if this worked, but it had no flavor and did not bother my stomach. Probably won’t buy it again because I didn’t notice any good or bad effects- but all in all, it went down easy, no flavor. Which I count as a plus for supplements.
Very good product and the delivery was very quick.! The taste is not bad , and it is easy to use . It is a small package .
It has kind of an unpleasant sour taste with an after flavor (which I don’t know what the flavor is because I take a sip of water right after). But it seems to be good quality and the serving size is easy to measure because of the dropper. I don’t notice any side effects.
