This fish oil is an amazing product. I started taking it for heart and lung issues about 3 years ago. I am now much healthier and have outlived my doctor's predictions by years. Taking it has also helped my heart to recover after much damage. I highly recommend this product to help change your life. I take it every day without fail.
I feel like this is your best basic fish oil out there. Sure you might burp some up occasionally, but to avoid that problem a lot of companies have compressed or processed the oil in a way that your body can't absorb easily. I'd rather have the most Omega-3s for my money. Check out how much of the good stuff is in each capsule! It's higher than any other I've found.

Great fish oil, good for shiny hair, heart health and reduced inflammation

I'm a huge fan of Omega-3 supplements because of their touted benefits for cardiovascular health (heart), hair, skin, and eyes. But I dislike having to take two or more softgels for getting the required potency. However, this is is not the case for this supplement which is why I love it! A decently sized compact capsule that packages a substantial amount of balanced ingredients (EPA/DHA). No bad after taste and very good quality. Absolute bang for the buck!
I have been purchasing this for more than 3 years. I prefer it for its high purity, although it is more expensive than other products. Furthermore, it contains a good EPA/DHA ratio compared to other products that contain less DHA. Its omega-3 content is sufficient per softgel, although there are other products more concentrated. I recommend it to anyone interested for a high quality product, without thinking that it costs slightly more. Finally, you are getting what you are paying for.
