I take this iron with food and find it easier on my stomach than other brands. The dosage is clear and easy to follow. It works well when used consistently. A gentle option for iron support.
Great quality iron supplement. It doesn’t give you any constipation and is very gentle on the stomach
Easy to use, love that it already has vitamin C in it to help with absorption. Doesn't have the side affects other iron tablets have. (I take it at night before bed on empty stomach).
its good, had to start with half - ooened and took half out as still kinda upsets stomach a bit,then tolerance buikds. still much better than other iron.

I tend to have low ferritin levels, so I bought this iron to improve it. At least it doesn’t cause any side effects at all, unlike bisglicynate. I will check ferritin results later
It is excellent that it is both liposomal (and thus much gentler for the digestive system) and with added vitamin C for maximum absorption. A really good product to supplement pregnancy iron for me.
