Good quality procuct. Many people gets symptoms from the Cu2 form, but this Cu1 supplement is well tolerated and very well absorbed. But the prize is extreme IMO.
I started taking this because I was not absorbing Iron properly. Apparently Copper helps the body to do that. I also drink water from a copper cup which I think gives me energy. Hopefully they are working together.
This helped just a little with my gray hair. The main ingredient is the coolest best type of copper you can take as capsule. The only thing with this was that it makes me nausea some times.

This copper supplement unlike all the others I've found is orange in color. All the others are blue. This is quite pricey, but probably worth it quality wise.
The quality of the ingredients is really good. The size of the capsules is easy to swallow and there is no taste. It is inconvenient to take 2h before and after meals, so I take it at night. I noticed benefits after a few weeks of taking this every night.
