Calcium & Magnesium, 120 Capsules

I really like global healing centre for their high quality products and ingredients. I like the dosage of this one and it has benefitted me to take it regularly the capsule size is good and easy to take, not too large unlike some other supplements out there. I will buy this one again

This is wonderful product because I feel it has high absorption which is so important - Many similar products have to many binders that inhibit absorption. Plus from I-Herb its priced less then at General Health Foods stores - Many HFS don't even carry this product either -

This blend has been great for my bones and muscle recovery. I like the 2:1 calcium to magnesium ratio, and the orotate forms seem to absorb well. No stomach issues, and the capsules are easy to take. Feels like a clean, well-formulated supplement for everyday use.
