It was my first use of lithium orotate. It works very well. Now I sleep much better and can recover in short time after too short nights or stress periods. After 2 weeks, I reduced the dosage. So I opened the capsule and diluted in water. Than I drink half of the glas, and leave the rest in the fridge for the next day. I´m very happy and can really recommend this product.

I don't take a whole capsule (10 mg is too much for me), but I split one into thirds and mix the powder into a smoothie. Since I started taking this product, I feel more relaxed and things don't bother me as much anymore. You feel more balanced, I find. At the beginning I used the lithium daily for about 3 weeks, then once a week, and eventually only sporadically. I tolerate it really well. I did try another lithium product — 1 mg — but when I take that one, I get a pressure sensation in my head. With this one from Global Healing I don't have that, which is why I would only buy lithium from them going forward.

Just received my package. Cannot yet say anything about the product itself, but I am surprised about such sudden big price change. I payed 38.26€ (ordered 30th of March) and now it costs suddenly 22.04€ (and without any indication on website to pricedrop, just showing up online as regular price). Ofcourse it is good news for those who are about to order the product. I am just bit confused about this sudden 40% pricedrop with no reason and disappointed to have payed so much more. Hope the product itself is worth the price.
