I love the quality of the product, it's clean, easy to use. The ingredients are in the right proportion. It does help with lithium deficiency, which not just our phone need, but our body. :) The package is convenient, however my only critique is the new bottle is half empty, they could have put double amount in the same container. It taste good, I take it every day.

i have only tried it a few times at half the dose and can feel the effects of the lithium so the potency strong for me.

The size of the package is deceptively small. In fact you use a really tiny amount of the powder and it's all for the better if you ask me because the taste is not that great. I bought it because Dr Shaun recommended lithium for viceral fat and because of the composition on the package I chose this supplement instead of the straight ingredient.
In my opinion it´s a quality product. It is a white powder, you can take it with tea or coffen, it hat a neutral taste. As for the frequency, it take a table spoon daily.
I bought it for my aging father. His heartbeat is getting slower. So i really worried about him. Then i search for good supplement for his heart. I found out taurine is essential nutrient for heart. So i decided to buy it. It’s easy to use non flavored powder.
I would be careful to use full scoop of this daily. too much taurine and lithium but i personally use half scoop or less with my pre workout cocktail
