I have been using Lithium Orotate for over a year now at an essential dose of between 1 and 5 mg per day. I came across lithium through Dr. Michael Nehls. I can say that lithium has been a game changer for me in terms of my brain health and mental health. It was probably the final piece of the puzzle in the grand scheme of things. Quality is best, Package can be better but i dont mind it. Size perfect, Ingredients variety, absorbtion amazing, taste is great. I recommend the brand and. ingredients. I bought a bunch of these bottles and gave them to my family to try, as I learned that neurodivergent people (ADHD, autistic, addiction-prone) can benefit. I also took it myself. I could definitely tell a lift and steadying of my mood, even within a few days. I felt less reactive to stressful things. I also think it helped lower my cravings for sugar. Unfortunately, very soon after I began taking it I had a very traumatic event happen and I stopped taking supplements. I plan to start taking it again later.

Great quality, best ingredients and size is big 100 capsules and the smell is okay since it is a capsule it also helps with sleep and stress and mood also and doesn’t have a taste since it’s a capsule so overall very great product I would recommend it for it is benefit
