Do you feel super anxious over the slightest inconveniences? Lithium is safe and effective. The taste is.... well it smells like classic gatorade. Too sweet and concentrated. I dissolve in about 1cup water and add 10drops or so of liquid minerals which gives electrolytes but also gives a slight taste difference and smooths out the lithium.
Makes me sleep soundly and fully. I'm not exactly sure what it's for, but that's what it does for me. Very lemon flavored, very strong, definitely be aware before buying.
For anyone who has difficulty swallowing tablets or capsules, the drops are a welcome alternative. Easy to dose and take. Pleasant taste and great effect on brain health. I am constantly impressed and convinced by the quality of KAL. I can recommend liquid lithium orotate without reservation.
Lithium Ororate is a dietary supplement that contains lithium ( a naturally occurring mineral ) bound to orotic acid and it contains none of the side effects of prescription Lithium. The benefits that I noticed were improvement in my sleep, stabilised mood and reduction in stress levels. The quality is excellent as per the price and the size of the capsules is small. A deficiency of lithium can lead to cognitive decline and may negatively impact mood and mental health and may lead to impulsive behaviours. Lithium is naturally present in drinking water,grains and vegetables.
It is a lifesaver for me. It will help you in making of a depressed person to a confident personality. Absolutely important for the person they are suffering from any type of depression or anxiety.
The quality of the dispenser is not the best so I use a separate syringe for proper dosage. The ingredients are gritty and taste strange but I’m not expecting a mineral from the earth to taste fantastic. As for the benefits I’m still not sure and I’m done with the first bottle I ordered. It does give me a light sense of calmness but that’s about it.
It's a bit harder to use liquid Lithium compared to solid, but it has a good effect.
