I use Tulsi for a mast cell stabilizer and the calming benefits. I find this extract to be a great way to get my daily dose and appreciate the ingredients being simple, with a pleasant taste. The size of the dropper gives a nice dosage for daily use. The only downside is it can be a bit messy.
