This b12 is super good quality. I’ve taken many brands of b12, some I feel nothing as on days I don’t eat meat and there were brands I had to spray a lot to feel stable. There was a previous brand that I’ve been using for over a year and it’s been good and clean. Decided to try Global Healing B12 and you can feel a difference. It’s next level. The quality of the product taste great. This is my first time using this brand and I find it reliable however it is a bit on the pricey side for the size. I haven’t felt any immediate changes as its still my first month to consume it. I will update more along the way
