Great pre workout
This pre workout powder is really great, I’ve purchased it multiple times in a few flavors and enjoyed the energy and pump it gave me. My girlfriend also uses this powder but takes only half a scoop and it really adds to her workouts. It tastes really good and it feels like it’s high quality. The grape flavor is really pronounced so if you’re not into that I would suggest to try a different flavor.

Will keep it short, quality is fire, ingredients are almost good (doses could be adjusted but its good daily driver) It is one of the most delicious pre workout i have tasted. period. I have taken many brands, some even on par with 5lb protein brands cost wise. in taste dept this is the clear winner. Try it yourself, thank me later 😉

Gets the job done
Taste is pretty good but takes some getting use to. Best when mixed with ~500mL of cold water. Pumps are good and beta alanine kicks in quick. Energy levels are good for a 60min heavy lifting session. The crash is severe for me though, I can take a fatass nap after consuming the 300+mg of caffeine in this after a heavy seassion.
