I ordered this one based on a recommendation from a friend of mine because I wanted to try a good tasting non stim (no caffeine) pre workout just in case for days I want more of a pump\later workouts so no caffeine affecting my sleep or even as an extra alongside the caffeine beverage of choice to fuel the workout of the day and this one is great, good quality, very effective, scoop dosage isn't too big, and nice benefit from the L-citruline and some Beta Alanine
