I'm not kidding, I've tried a lot of pre-workouts, even those with more caffeine, and yet I don't know what they put in there but it's good haha, seriously it's a mental pre-workout! Highly recommend, and of course like any pre-workout, take only on days when you're training and after a period you need to take a month's break, so as not to get used to it. Excellent taste! Mixes well, gives energy during training that lasts for a long time, the frequency I use is only before training, effective, quality - very high quality!

The taste was really good!! I did not take this before or during workouts. I took this mid afternoon and when people say drink it slowly LISTEN! If you drink it to fast you get really sweaty and you get jittery ( and I drink my fair share of caffeine ). The product is a 5 for sure but not something I would drink regularly due to the sweatiness aspect.
