Days when you want to avoid caffeine
I have a pre-workout supplement with caffeine, but I feel like it keeps me awake at night if I use it every day, so I bought and used this product which contains paraxanthine. My impression is that the caffeine wears off quickly, but I can concentrate during my workout, so I recommend using it on days when you want to concentrate but aren't trying to set a new personal best.
